Part of our ethos is to train our own engineers and we have done just that with Alfie Gamble who is celebrating 5 years with CGP this month!

Alfie joined CGP in 2020 as an apprentice engineer. Having completed his level 4 EPA in 2023, he then took on the full-time role of Mechanical Engineer & Sustainability Consultant and has been a key member of our team ever since.
