The relocation of an existing veterinary practice on to a new site consisting of:

• 3x consult rooms
• Operating theatre
• X-Ray room
• Ancillary support accommodation.

The work involved the fitting out of an empty retail unit forming the new Veterinary Clinic.

CGP MEP were commissioned to undertake the MEP performance design, review of Contractor Proposals and site monitoring duties.
