Over the last 2 weeks, we have had the pleasure of having Ted with us in the office, spending time with the team in the Leeds office, learning about what it’s like working in an engineering design company.

We asked Ted for his thoughts on his two weeks experience:

“Over the past two weeks, I’ve learnt so much and got a great insight into how an engineering company functions on a day to day basis. It gave me an idea of what I’ll be looking at and I’ve loved every minute of it. I know I’ve not even scratched the surface of the inner workings but I’m so excited and so grateful for the chance I’ve got. Everyone’s been so open and patient with me and it feels like a place I could spend a lot of time working in and build a career.”

It has been a positive experience on both sides and we are delighted that Ted will be joining us in July as a full time apprentice.
