We have been appointed to a 24-storey co-living development on Worrall Street in Salford, recently granted planning permission.

Working alongside Buttress, Stantec, KS4, Renaissance Associates Limited and Planit, the project will deliver nearly 400 homes, including 20% affordable housing.

Set on the banks of the River Irwell in Ordsall, the development prioritises homes for local residents and key workers.
