The refurbishment of the existing building included fit out of the existing lower ground floor to third floor, and a new top floor providing in excess of 8,000sqft of office space following completion.

The works included new exposed MEP services throughout which required careful coordination to ensure they achieved the Architects aesthetic aspirations following installation.

CGP MEP provided stage 4 design for the mechanical and electrical services contractor.
