Bupa Office, Kirkstall Forge

The Cat B fit-out of a new office located on the newly developed Kirkstall Forge site in Leeds.

The project was to provide office accommodation for Bupa on level 1 (part) and level 2, working for DAC with Ardmac as the main contractor the fit out included the modification of the Cat A fit out whilst adding additional services to meet the final requirements.

CGP MEP provided a stage 4 design for the mechanical services contractor and provided overall coordination with the electrical services installation.
