The Ash Hill Academy project was a £12m refurbishment including the demolishment of an existing science block and sports hall and the erection of a new replacement sports block with associated landscaping.

The new building includes:

• Sports hall
• Activity studio
• Changing facilities

CGP provided full design support from Stage 2 strategy to stage 4 developed design, fully coordinated, 3D model, energy analysis and heating & cooling load analysis.
