The project was the Cat B fit out of a 10 storey office building at Four New Bailey, Salford which was let to BT on a 20 year lease.

The building has 175,000 sqft of lettable grade A office space, allowing for up to 2000 colleagues to be working at any time.

Alongside the lettable office space, the building also has conferencing, dining and wellbeing facilities, versatile ‘town hall’ space for 150 people and a rooftop terrace.
