Sutton Leisure Centre

The project is for the partial refurbishment of the existing leisure centre.

The swimming pool and associated wet changing areas have not been used for a number of years, the initiative is to enable the centre to offer swimming lessons to local schools again.

The works comprise of the following areas:

• Pool Hall
• 4x Wet Changing Rooms

CGP MEP undertook an initial site survey to ascertain the condition of the existing installation and provided a recommendations report prior to completing the Stage 2 design for ISG to ensure the Clients aspirations were achieved and obtain cost confidence for the scheme.
