This project was a new £8.4m building designed and developed by the client, Alliance Leisure.

By creating a central hub for the dedicated football facility, the building linked to pre-existing changing facilities and will provide much needed community support for the 3 new, outdoor, full sized 3G turf pitches (FTPs), and a refurbished FTP developed through the Football Foundation pitch framework.

The development included the following:

• Reception area
• Café
• Multi-use rooms
• Changing places toilet and additional wash rooms
• Outdoor play area
• Outdoor gym
• Basketball training court
