The development consists of 22,360sqm of mixed-use in 2 blocks over a podium and basement.

One block is 18 storeys and the other 9 storeys with a large courtyard amenity space between. The development comprises of 802 student residential units with extensive student communal facilities, including a publicly accessible leisure centre with extensive gym facilities and a 25m regulation swimming pool, and associated ancillary spaces and plant.

The building is clad in a number of materials including brick slip, aluminium cladding, render and GRC, and the external areas are well landscaped, including planting, growing ground cover, brick and stone paving, seating and amenities, and extensive green roof finishes.

All rooms were constructed using a steel framed modular system which enables a quick off site manufacturing method, delivered and installed to site efficiently. The development was completed within a 12 month construction period.
