Doubletree by Hilton Hotel & Spa, Chester

A phased development comprising of the refurbishment of the existing lobby to provide high end meeting spaces and a new reception area following by the construction of a new 79 bedroom wing on the existing site.

The new hotel block was constructed over 3 floors with a detached plant area to the rear of the building, heating and cooling was provided via a hybrid vrf system with ventilation provided via room mounted heat recovery units.
