The Cat B fit out of the 8th floor of 3 Hardman Square, Manchester.

The existing installation which was to be modified and retained where possible consisted of fan coils units served with chilled water and complete with integral electric heating coil, mechanical ventilation and domestic water and drainage services.

The challenge was the coordination of the modified services due to the limited distribution space and addition of new areas requiring services.

CGP MEP provided a stage 4 design for the mechanical services contractor and provided overall coordination with the electrical services installation.
