Primark, Bracknell

A full fit-out of the two storey shop located in the Lexicon in Bracknell town centre.

Due to the existing structural arrangement and proposed general arrangement consideration time was taken to ensure the mechanical service design maintained the store aspirations for ceiling heights, etc. whilst providing the level of heating, cooling and ventilation required.

CGP MEP completed the Stage 4 Design for the mechanical contractor whilst retaining overall coordination responsibility for the mechanical and electrical services design.
