Fountains Care Home

A new 80 bed care home in Shirley, due to site constraints the building was arranged over 2 split level floors, in addition to the bedrooms the development also provided communal living areas for the residents.

This fantastic care home was specifically designed with residents in mind, and provides high-quality residential care, and care for individuals living with dementia in a dedicated environment.

CGP MEP developed a performance specification and drawings for tender on behalf of the Client prior to being novated to the contractor to complete stage 4 design, we also completed as-designed and as-built SBEM assessments and EPC.
