Threadworks is a 24-storey, purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) tower located on the former International Swimming Pool site at Lisbon Street, Leeds.

Completed in summer 2025, the scheme provides 548 en-suite student bedrooms. The units are offered in a variety of layouts, including 138 single studios and 81 cluster apartments ranging from 4 – 8 bedrooms.

The building features high-quality shared amenities such as:

•  1,593 sqft roof terrace

The project achieved a BREEAM excellent rating.

In a move towards greater sustainability, the contractor opted for electric boilers in the roofing works, replacing traditional gas-fired systems.
