Project Description

Brooke House

The Brooke House redevelopment in Acton is a landmark social housing project designed for Women’s Pioneer Housing, serving as the UK’s first purpose-built tower exclusively for women.

The 15-storey building replaces an aging 1930s estate with 102 high-quality, affordable flats offered at social rent.

The tower incorporates sustainable technologies such as airsource heat pumps and mechanical ventilation to ensure energy efficiency.

Residents benefit from private balconies and a 10th-floor roof terrace featuring communal allotments and panoramic views.

The site, located opposite Acton Town station, is surrounded by landscaped gardens that retain mature trees, creating a tranquil community hub that balances high-density urban living with significant green space.
