Project Description

Lewisham Exchange

Lewisham Exchange

Lewisham Exchange is a new build development providing 758 student rooms and 67 affordable homes across two towers of 35 and 20 storey’s, revitalising Lewisham town centre and making a significant contribution to the town’s ongoing regeneration.

The towers are connected at the lower levels to provide an entrance to the Bakerloo Line Extension, as well as supporting the additional retail, commercial and student amenity spaces along the ground floor.

The project includes the framing of a new public square providing an iconic new entrance to Lewisham Station and the design of two distinct buildings with a clear separation between them.

CGP MEP are providing mechanical, electrical, and public health design services through RIBA Stage 4 – 7 for our Client RED Group. Working closely with the main contractor (TIDE) and Architects HTA, CGP MEP are detailing the employers requirements to enable the RED team to install.

We are also supporting RED on site through to the successful completion and hand over of the project.
