Keele University

This project consists of CGP MEP Ltd completing RIBA Stage 1-3 design with Stage 4-7 client design validation and on site monitoring of a new Veterinary School for Keele University.

The new Veterinary School consists of;

• 114 Seater Lecture Theatre
• Teaching Spaces for a full student occupancy of 550 students
• Cat 2 ‘Wet’ Laboratory
• Dry Laboratory
• Ancillary Support Spaces
• Space and services allowances within category A fit out spaces for future occupation of a potential operating veterinary practice.

The scheme has to achieve a BREEAM Very Good rating on completion, so CGP MEP also provided energy advise and modelling for the preliminary design stage to ensure compliance with the regulations including Part L2a.
