Margarets Close, Knottingley

This project was to create a supported living development of ten semi-detached homes, along with a staff accommodation block.

The houses themselves provide people with complex needs with their own front door, tenancy whilst having their own support team on site.

CGP MEP were responsible for the traditional tender design and on site monitoring role.

We also provided SAP assessments.
