The Cat A fit out of an existing C shaped office building located in the centre of London’s Spitalfields area.

The building is located off the main street within a built up area meaning planning conditions and acoustic criteria influenced the MEP design solution, meaning any roof mounted plant had to be located within an acoustic enclosure.

The fit-out was to form 8 self serviced offices within the building across 3 levels included a mezzanine above the first floor office area, all spaces are linked with an open-air courtyard.

CGP MEP provided stage 4 design for the mechanical and electrical services contractor.
