The Avonmouth Street project, marketed as YourTRIBE Elephant & Castle, is a 16-storey mixed-use development in Southwark (SE1) designed to provide high-quality student housing.

The scheme consists of a main tower with a 14-storey shoulder, housing 226 purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) rooms.
