Cath Thom Leisure Centre is a £13m new build leisure centre for Hyndburn Borough Council in Clayton-Le-Moors.

This single storey building is fully accessible and includes the following features:

The MEP design followed the decarbonisation model of a fully electric heating and hot water solution, this along with the VRF systems, intelligent controls and roof mounted PV achieved an impressive EPC A rating with a score of 6.
