The building is over 9 levels with the following amenities:

• Student Common Room
• Laundry Facilities
• Cycle Storage
• 24-hour Concierge.

The development will also have external sports facilities for use by the residents and the public.

CGP MEP provided mechanical, electrical, and public health design services through RIBA Stage 2 to issuing a Stage 4 tender package.

CGP MEP have a retained role for OPTO Property Group overseeing the MEP Contractors specific design and monitoring site progress through to project completion.
