This 91-unit new-build residential scheme redevelops a car park on a prominent site in Crawley town centre to create a landmark development.
Made up of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, the new building provides much needed housing while the improving the public realm by creating active street frontages with clearly defined entrances, upgrading the landscaping and introducing a high-quality modern building into the town centre.
Massing responds to and respects the smaller-scale residential developments behind the site while the varied material palette of brick and aluminium cladding gives the scheme a contemporary edge.
