Arthurs Fold

The Arthurs Fold project was to build an exciting project to create a high-quality and visually striking building on a relatively small, but significant site within the Holbeck Urban Village.

The initial plan was for a 9-storey building providing 101 apartments in a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms.

CGP provided planning support in the way of Energy Strategy, Sustainability, Pedestrian Comfort and Daylight/ROL modelling.

We also provided a Stage 3 design for Tender.
