Arthurs Fold

Arthur’s Fold is an exciting project creating a high quality and visually striking building on a relatively small, but significant site within the Holbeck Urban Village.

The site is at the end of both David Street and Siddall Street, and will provide a focal point for people moving to the area.

The building is 9 storeys in height and provides 101 apartments.

There is a mix of 1, 2and 3 bedroom apartments with the main access being from Manor Road.

The communal areas provide an impressive entrance area and residents lounge. There is also a communal gymnasium. Bin and bike storage is also located within the ground floor communal space. Levels 8 & 9 have larger apartments in scale and are complete with balconies.

CGP provided planning support in the way of Energy Strategy, Sustainability, Pedestrian Comfort and Daylight/ROL modelling.

We also provided a Stage 3 design for Tender and are currently producing Stage4 detailed designs for the appointed MEP contractor.
