A new build primary school located in Hayes, London.

The new building supports a class entry of 4FE and encompasses approximately 3800m2 of new teaching space.

The building encompasses the following teaching spaces;

• General Teaching Classrooms
• Food Technology
• Specialist Practical Spaces
• SEN teaching and practical areas

CGP MEP provided the detailed design of the mechanical and electrical services for the design and build contractor and completed using Revit MEP to BIM Level 2.

The scheme had to achieve a BREEAM Very Good rating on completion, so CGP MEP also provided energy advise and modelling for the detailed design stage to ensure compliance with the regulations including Part L2a and TM52 and completed the SBEM and EPC assessments.
